Michigan Association of Township Supervisors is an independent, representative organization for and of Township Supervisors which provides education and facilitates networking on contemporary township issues, and serves as a legislative watchdog and lobbyist on issues of critical concern to supervisors.

2009 MATS Fall Education Conference -- October 21-23 in Frankenmuth
Registration materials are available for the next MATS Education Conference. Don't miss this unparalled opportunity to join nearly 100 supervisors from every corner of the state for three days of networking and in-depth education sessions.
This program is made up of sessions specifically requested and recommended by township supervisors. At your request, we are offering longer sessions, more time for Q&A, and we are continuing with the MATS' tradition of scheduling that allows everyone to attend every session.

If your county has a Township Supervisors meeting on a regular basis, consider inviting the MATS executive director or a MATS board member to come speak about MATS. We are eager to share the good news about the benefits of membership and to encourage Supervisors statewide to attend the upcoming conferences. Executive Director Judi Lintott has visited several county Supervisors' meetings, and would be delighted to come to yours!
